St. Michael's School Admissions
To begin the Online Application process, create an account, Then log into your account and provide the information necessary to Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your child’s application at any time by selecting the Student’s Name.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admission status online by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications and monitor when checklist items are complete. Any supplemental documents that were not able to be uploaded to the online application should be scanned and emailed to admissions@smspoway.org.
The application for admission opens each year on September 15 of the year prior to enrolling. We recommend that you submit your application on or before February 1 of the enrollment year in order to be considered in the first round of our admissions decisions. If you are applying for Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year, we recommend you submit your application by February 1, 2025. The application must be completed, all supplemental documents must be uploaded, and a non-refundable fee of $100 must be processed for an application to be considered active.

*Please be aware that students entering the Three-Year-Old Preschool Program must be three years of age by September 1 of the year they start, students entering the Four-Year-Old Preschool Program must be four years of age by September 1 of the year they start, students entering Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1 of the year they start Kindergarten, and students entering First Grade must be six years of age by September 1 of the year they start First Grade. Applications for admission into Grade 8 are limited to students transferring from another Catholic school.
